Mesh Banners

Mesh banners are printed on 8 oz scrim vinyl. This material has criss crossed fibers, so you can kind of see through the material, but you can still print on the surface. Mesh banners are outdoor banners that are typically used in high wind environments because the wind can blow through the banner to an extent. 

Mesh banners are printed in full color. You can add a background, unlimited text, photographs and clip art.

Mesh Banner Sizes

Mesh banners can be printed up to 16 feet by 50 feet without seams.

Product Options / Finishing Options

The standard finishing for mesh banners is heat welded hems and grommets placed every 2-4 feet around the perimeter. The following finishing options are available:

• Heat welded hems & grommets (standard)
• Hems Only (cut to size - no finishing)
• Grommets Only (no hems)

• Reinforced Corners 
• Reinforced Hems

• 2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole

• 3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole

• 4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole

We recommend reinforced hems and reinforced corners for banners that are over 32 square feet and will be used outdoors for added durability.

Pole Pockets

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Artwork Specifications

Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

Payment Options

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Shipping

All mesh are rolled, bagged, and placed into a shipping box which is then shipped. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Economy (5-10 Business Days)
• Standard (3-5 Business Days)
• Three Day (3 Business Days)
• Two Day (2 Business Days)
• Overnight (1 Business Day)

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

**Please note - banners that exceed 8' in both directions will be folded for shipping. Contact us if you have any questions**

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

International shipping Notes:

For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
