Window Perf

Window Perf, or Perforated Window Film, is a material that resembles foil with hundreds of small holes punched in it. The material is printed on one side, and the other side has an adhesive that can be applied to windows. The outside will display the graphic, and you will still be able to see out the window with approximately a 50/50 see through. It is meant to be applied to a window exterior and viewed from the outside.

Window Perf Sizes

Window Perf has a maximum print height of 52 inches. Anything larger will require panels.

Finishing Options

All window perf prints will have the option to be either square/rectangle cut or die cut. Sqaure/rectangle cut will allow your window perf to be cut in the shape of square or rectangle cut. Die cut will allow your window perf to be cut into any custom shape or design you choose.

Optically clear lamination is available. This fills in the window perf holes to prevent dirt and grime from ruining the print. 

Lamination Options:

Lamination helps protect against the surface from UV fading and light scratches.

• No Lamination: Best for short-term use (3 months or less).
• Optically Clear: Best for long-term use and has an outdoor durability of 2-3 years when properly applied and maintained.

Artwork Specifications

Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Payment Options

All window perf must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Shipping

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000. 

Rush services are not available for window perf.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Economy (5-10 Business Days)
• Standard (3-5 Business Days)
• Three Day (3 Business Days)
• Two Day (2 Business Days)
• Overnight (1 Business Day)

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the window perf cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your window perf early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your window perf early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.
