The Coroplast material is 10 mm. The signs are printed in full color - you can add a background, unlimited text, photographs, clip art and graphics. Coroplast signs can either be single sided or double sided. The signs have hollow "flutes" on the inside of the material and are printed with a 1/2 inch wide edge.

Coroplast Sign Sizes:

The maximum size is a 4 foot by 8 foot sign. Here are the sizes we have available:

Product Options / Finishing Options

The standard finishing for Coroplast signs is a 1/2 inch white edge around the sign perimeter. The following finishing options are available:

• 1/2" White Edge (standard)
• Full Bleed (color to the edge of the print)
• Single Sided or Double Sided

*Please note, all coroplast signs will be cut 1/8th of an inch on each side to allow for finishing. (ex. a 18" x 24" sign will actually ship out to you as a 17.75" x 23.75" sign.) If your yard sign needs to be precise, please reach out to one of our customer service reps to discuss your specific application.*

Artwork Specifications

Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All Coroplast signs must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

• Overnight (1 Business Day)

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements. **

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.
