Yard Signs

Yard signs are printed on 4mm corrugated plastic. Yard signs are printed in full color - you can add a background, unlimited text, photographs, clip art and graphics. Yard signs can either be single sided or double sided. The signs have hollow "flutes" on the inside of the material and are printed with a 1/2 inch wide edge.

The maximum size is a 4 foot by 8 foot sign. Here are the sizes we have available:

Product Options / Finishing Options

The standard finishing for yard signs is a 1/2 inch white edge around the sign perimeter. The following finishing options are available:

• 1/2" White Edge(standard)
• Full Bleed (color to the edge of the print)
• Single Sided or Double Sided
• Accessories include: 2 Beefy Stakes per sign, 1 10x15 H Stake or 1 10x30 H Stake

*Please note, all coroplast yard signs will be cut 1/8th of an inch on each side to allow for finishing. (ex. a 18" x 24" yard sign will actually ship out to you as a 17.75" x 23.75" yard sign.) Scoring

All Coroplast signs 32" x 48" and over are automatically scored and folded. If you would like your product unscored, please visit our unscored yard sign page, or contact one of our customer service representatives at 320-846-9000.

What Is Scoring?

Coroplast signs are made with hollow ‘flutes’ which can be scored on one side to allow for easy folding and shipping. To score your coroplast yard signs, we cut through the top layer of your yard sign without cutting through the entire piece. Your sign is then folded into an optimal fit to meet shipping guidelines.

What Does Scoring Look Like?

Scoring allows your sign to be shipped at the lowest possible cost while still maintaining their structural integrity. Below are some examples of what your signs will look like scored, both open and closed.

Artwork Specifications

Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

Payment Options

All yard signs must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option. 

• Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day,

• Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

• Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day,

3 Business Days Standard:

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

Shipping

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Economy (5-10 Business Days)
• Standard (3-5 Business Days)
• Three Day (3 Business Days)
• Two Day (2 Business Days)
• Overnight (1 Business Day)

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note: All signs greater than 32" tall x 48" wide are automatically scored and folded. To score your coroplast signs, we cut through the top layer of the yard sign without cutting through the entire piece. The sign is then folded into an optimal fit to meet shipping guidelines.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the yard sign cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your yard signs early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your yard signs early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

International shipping Notes:

For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
