Vinyl Banner Material
Custom banners are digitally printed in full color on your choice of 5 material choices.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Our high-quality 13oz matte vinyl banner material is our most popular banner material. It has a low shine and rich color gamut. Max print size of 8' x 50'.

Our high-quality 13oz gloss vinyl banner material has a high shine to it that produces vibrant, crisp colors and graphics to give it a high end look. Max print size of 8' x 50'.

Our extra heavy duty matte 18oz vinyl banner material is our toughest material. It has a low luster, blockout coating for extra durability and print quality. Max print size of 8' x 50'.

| Mesh Banners |
Made with 8oz PVC polyester mesh material that has a criss crossed breathable scrim that allows a 37% airflow. Mesh Banners are ideal for outdoor and windy conditions. Max print size of 8' x 50'.

Made with a premium nylon/polyester blend material called Banner Soft. This fabric is ideal for indoor displays and has a low shine that produces a high end look and feel. Max print size of 8' x 30'.

Banner Sizes
Vinyl banners can be up to 16 feet wide by 50 feet long. The most common banner sizes are:
- 3' x 5'
- 3' x 6'
- 4' x 8
- 5' x 10'

Finishing Options
The standard finishing for vinyl banners is heat welded hems and grommets placed every 2-4 feet around the perimeter. The following finishing options are available:
- Heat welded hems & grommets (standard)
- Hems Only (cut to size - no finishing)
- Grommets Only (no hems)
- Reinforced Corners
- Reinforced Hems

2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole

3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole

4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole
We recommend reinforced hems and reinforced corners for banners that are over 32 square feet and will be used outdoors for added durability.
Pole Pockets
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Artwork Specifications
Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

2 Business Days Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

Payment Options
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Shipping
All vinyl banners are rolled, bagged, and placed into a shipping box which is then shipped. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Economy (5-10 Business Days)
- Standard (3-5 Business Days)
- Three Day (3 Business Days)
- Two Day (2 Business Days)
- Overnight (1 Business Day)
Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
**Please note - banners that exceed 8' in both directions will be folded for shipping. Contact us if you have any questions**
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.
